What does Sneakies’ warranty cover
We provide shoe repair services for all Sneakies products. We do not provide this service for non-Sneakies products.
Is there a charge for shoe repair service?
Charges apply according to the condition of the Sneakies product and services required in the Shoe Repair Request Form you filled out.
I have a free shoe repair service claim that came with my purchase! When can I claim this?
You may request for your product to be repaired anytime within 3 months of the day it was purchased.
What information is needed to complete the request
To complete your request for shoe repairs on our online form, you will need to provide the following details:

online order ID;

the name of the person that placed the order as shown on the order confirmation;

the area of shoe repair(s) required

an email address where we can send updates on the progress of the return;

an Australian mobile phone number, should we need to contact you.
Where you can drop off your Sneakies for shoe repair
In order to protect both the consumer and brand, we aim to avoid (further) damage to the product that might occur during postal delivery by only allowing consumers to drop off their Sneakies at our physical outlets.
You would need to bring your Shoe Repair Service ID and identification with you to use this service at our physical outlets.
